Please read all of our terms and conditions before sending your watch to our company. RepairUrWatch is a company, where, you the customer will send in your watch in for a repair. We RepairUrWatch will then email you an estimate, which can be accepted or declined. By using our website repairurwatch.com you agree to the terms and conditions written here on this page. By you the customer using this site, partial or otherwise you are in agreement to follow and obliged by our polices. All of our polices are subject to change.
Shipping
RepairUrWatch provides free inbound shipping only. The cost of the return shipping, whether the repair is accepted or declined, will be charged to the customer. There may also be a handling charge associated with the return cost. If our first delivery attempt of a shipment to a residential address is unsuccessful, we may make two additional attempts. If a package still cannot be delivered, and is returned to RepairUrWatch we are not responsible for the cost to re-ship the customers package.
Liabilities Not Assumed
WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, IN EXCESS OF THE DECLARED VALUE OF A SHIPMENT, WHETHER OR NOT WE KNEW OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT SUCH DAMAGES MIGHT BE INCURRED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF INCOME OR PROFITS. We will not be liable for, nor will any adjustment, refund or credit of any kind be given as a result of, any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, nondelivery, misinformation or any failure to provide information, except such as may result from our sole negligence. Payments
Once you have agreed and accepted our repair estimate the customer we then be required to pay RepairUrWatch using our four payment options: Credit Cards, PayPal, Google checkout, or a written check. If RepairUrWatch determines the watch non repairable after payment has been made, a full refund minus return shipping will be issued.
Repair Time
RepairUrWatch can not guarantee the length of time it will take to repair a customers watch, due to the fact that we have no control over how long it takes to receive parts from our suppliers. We can only give the customer an estimate on how long it will take to repair the watch. This estimate is no guarantee.
Cancellations
If a cancellation order is given and the watch is in the middle of the repair the customer is responsible for the cost of entire repair.
